In studio pick-up 
If you would like to avoid delivery costs and shipment times, I am more than happy to accommodate anyone who wishes to meet me at my studio in East London to pick up their print or original piece. Please select in-store pick up at the checkout when making your purchase and email me with a preferred pick up date and time (weekdays only).
 
Packaging
I do my absolute best at ensuring your package is protected properly for its journey to you. Nothing will be posted unless it is 100% safe and secure. I am not liable for any damage/theft that occurs after it has departed my studio and passed onto postal delivery services. If your packaged has arrived damaged or gone missing, please contact me so I am able to investigate.
 
Shipping Time
Most orders will be shipped within 3 days however please allow up to 10 days for processing. If ordering internationally your order will take longer, I do appreciate your patience. Orders will be posted without tracking, if you would like this service please contact me before purchasing, this will incur an additional cost. Commissions and large works will always be posted with tracking.
 
Refunds
At this time I do not process refunds/returns/exchanges, however if there is an issue with your order please contact me. 

Availability
All prints and original works are updated regularly to show available stock. If you can't find the print you want please contact me and I can re-order (this won't include limited edition prints). 

Commissions
I am available for commissions, if interested please contact me with a project that you have in mind (please understand that I won't accept queries that do not fit my style/interest). A non-refundable deposit is required and the remainder plus shipping will be processed after completion. We will be in contact for the duration of the project to ensure your satisfaction, but only limited sketches are available. If unhappy with the final result I am able to make some changes but not restart the project. Please also provide any time restrictions you may have, as I may have other work to get through it's best to have honest communication on deadlines.
